Hard to explain, but sometimes when I charge a Hanzo shot fully and fire, the arrow looks like I fired a half charged shot, but still hits where I'm aiming for my fully charged shot. I have decent internet so I'd say it's not lag. I've talked to a friend and he says he hasn't seen or heard about this so maybe I'm insane, idk.
